If you're having an issue with a faulty item, please send us pictures of the issue via email so that we can get a clear understanding of the problem as we seek to resolve the matter.

FAQs

How long will shipping take?

We aim for same day dispatch if ordered before 13:00 Monday – Friday. All of our shipments are sent on a 1-2 day service, with the majority arriving on the next working day.

International orders typically take between 7-10 working days excluding customs, please be advised we can not control any timings with local customs. 

International shipments are not dispatched daily as our couriers only collect for international postings 2-3 times a week.

How can I track my order?

Your tracking number will be emailed once dispatched. Tracking numbers normally become active the evening of dispatch when items get to depot. 

If you still haven't received an email with tracking by the following day, please check your spam inbox. This is particularly common with Hotmail accounts in our experience.

I want to return an item

All items needing to be returned must be sent back within 14 days of delivery and in brand new condition, including packaging.

If you haven't contacted us directly before returning your item, please leave a note explaining why you returned the item, along with contact information in case of any issues with the product.

Whilst we do not offer a guarantee on all of our products, should an item prove to be faulty in or outside of the 14-day return window, please get in contact with us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

What are your working hours?

Our working hours are Monday – Friday 9:30AM - 5PM. In this time we are open for customer collections and our phoneline will be active.

Can I collect my order?

Yes! Although we are strictly a warehouse (as of now...), we offer local pick-up. Place your orders online by selecting 'collection/pick up', then pop by during our opening hours:

9:30AM - 5PM Monday - Friday

Collections are typically ready within 2 hours from order placement, open hours permitting.
